Neebol Rotary Tattoo Pen Kit

Got a Neebol rotary tattoo pen kit here. It's the red and black model and comes with a bunch of the original gear like the cartridge needles, some practice skin, and a set of starter inks. Everything's been kept together in the original box. Never used and it's a solid complete setup if you're looking to get into it. Includes the grip tape and some gloves too.
