Neatcell Picosecond Laser Pen Blue Light

Got this Neatcell picosecond laser pen. It's the blue light version, which is usually what people look for for tattoos or skin spots. Box is in good shape, just dont need it anymore. Pretty simple to use if you know what you're doing with these things.
