Miniature Hand-Painted Duck Figurine

Found this cool little hand painted duck figurine. It's got some really bright orange and red patterns on a black base. Not sure exactly who made it but it looks like a nice little folk art piece for a shelf or desk. It's pretty small, maybe a couple inches long. Has a few tiny scuffs but nothing major, just adds to the character honestly.
