Mercruiser 3.0L Engine with Alpha One Outdrive

Got a Mercruiser 3.0L 4-cylinder engine and Alpha One outdrive setup here. It's been sitting for a bit so it's definitely a project piece. Came out of a boat we're parting out. The block is all there and the outdrive looks decent but I havent tried to fire it up or anything lately. Good for someone who knows their way around marine engines and needs parts or a rebuild candidate. Sold as-is, what you see is what you get.
