This is the McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Hellbat Armor Batman figure. It's got that heavy, armored look with the sharp red accents against the matte and glossy black finish. The articulation is still solid, and the sculpt detail on the gauntlets and chest plate is really impressive. Used, but it's a beefy figure that looks great on a shelf. No wings included with this one.
