This is a vintage 1997 Cat in the Hat plush from Mattel. It's got that classic Dr. Seuss look with the tall red and white striped hat and a bright red bow tie. He's holding a small felt accessory featuring a colorful character. It's in good used shape, and the original tush tag is still attached, showing the 1997 copyright. Great little piece of nostalgia for a Seuss fan.
