
Selling my MAC Professional Series 8-inch Chef's Knife. It's been a workhorse in my kitchen but I'm upgrading some of my gear. It has the dimples on the blade which helps with food not sticking as much when you're chopping. The handle is still solid and it holds an edge really well. There are some normal scratches on the blade from use and sharpening over time but nothing that affects how it cuts. Great Japanese steel if you're looking for a reliable primary knife.
