Got this Low-Fat Ways To Bake cookbook sitting around. It's part of the Low-Fat Ways to Cook series and has a bunch of recipes for cakes, breads, and muffins that aren't super heavy on the fat. The cover has a nice bundt cake and some cinnamon bread on it. It's a solid hardcover book if you're looking to do some lighter baking. Condition is decent, just a normal used cookbook.
