Lace Trim Smocked Waist Blouse

Selling this cute light blue long sleeve top. It has a really pretty white lace trim around the v-neck and on the cuffs. The waist is cinched with some smocking so it gives a nice shape, and the bottom has a bit of a peplum flare. Super easy to dress up or down, just dont reach for it as much anymore. In good shape with no major flaws.
