James W. Tufts Silver Plated Canoe

RARE. Antique silver plated canoe salt cellar or toothpick holder. It's made by James W. Tufts out of Boston and has that classic victorian look with the little oars and the birch bark texture on the sides. James W.Tufts was not only a successful tableware maker but also the founder of Pinehurst, NC and the inventor of the soda fountain! It's got some tarnishing and wear as you'd expect. 7.5” by roughly 3.5”. Sturdy and a fun addition to your collection.
