Iron Concretion Nodule Fossil/Rock

Found this cool iron concretion rock. It's got that classic rusty look and a neat circular shape embedded in the stone. Not sure exactly what it is but it looks like a natural formation or maybe some kind of old iron nodule. Great for someone who likes collecting odd rocks or geological specimens. It's pretty heavy for its size and has some nice texture to it.
