Got a Hydreigon ex Special Illustration Rare from the new Surging Sparks set. The art on this one is honestly wild, looks way better in person than in photos. It's the 223/191 secret rare. Card is fresh out of the pack and looks really clean, no major whitening or anything like that. Perfect if you're trying to master the set or just want a cool dragon for the binder.
