Hanna Barbera SCOOBY-DOO Bicycle riding action figure vtg 90s

Found this cool vintage Scooby-Doo figure from the late 90s. He's riding a little bicycle and has that classic worried look on his face. The bike has some neat details like the springs and gears on the back. It's used but still looks pretty good for its age, definitely a fun piece if you grew up watching the show or just like collecting the mystery gang stuff. Wheels still move fine and it stands up okay.
