Handling Your Ups and Downs: A Children's Book about Emotions

Found this vintage copy of Handling Your Ups and Downs by Joy Wilt. It's part of that classic Ready-Set-Grow series from the late 70s and early 80s. Really cool retro illustrations by Hergie. The cover has some wear and aging as you can see in the pics, but it's still a great nostalgic find for anyone who grew up with these or wants to teach kids about emotions in a old school way. Definitely has that library book feel to it.
