Hand-Painted Floral Ceramic Planter/Crock

Got this really pretty ceramic planter or utensil holder. It has a cool hand-painted floral design with some bright reds and yellows. The inside is a nice green color. It's in good shape, no major chips or anything that I can see. Perfect for a kitchen counter or a small plant.
