Goldwell Topchic Permanent Hair Color 9NB Very Light Blonde Reflecting Opal

Got a canister of Goldwell Topchic hair color in 9NB (Very Light Blonde Reflecting Opal). It's the professional stuff that comes in the pressurized cans. I don't have the developer or the applicator tool for it, so you'll need those to actually use it. The can feels mostly full but I've had it for a bit so just want to get it to someone who can use it. Perfect if you already use this system and just need this specific shade.
