Got this Goldfaden MD Doctor's Scrub. It's the ruby crystal microderm exfoliator meant for dull skin. This is the smaller 0.5 fl oz travel size tube, perfect if you want to try it out before buying the big jar. It's supposed to help with dead skin and make things look a bit brighter. Never used it, just sitting around.
