Gold Tone Red Stone Filigree Ring

Got this gold-tone ring with a red stone in the center. It has some nice filigree detail on the sides of the band. Not sure if the stone is a real ruby or just glass, but it looks pretty cool and has a classic vintage vibe to it. Shows a little bit of wear but still in decent shape for someone who likes this style.
