Gold Tone Heart Pendant Necklace with Three Stones

Selling this gold tone heart necklace. It has a nice open heart design with three little clear stones right in the center. The chain is pretty thin and delicate looking. Not sure if it's real gold or just plated, but it looks nice and would make a cool gift or just something to wear everyday. It's in decent shape, just dont wear it much anymore.
