G.I. Joe 12" Action Figure with Life Vest 123

Got this old school G.I. Joe figure from the 90s. He's got the goatee and comes with the orange life vest. He's definitely seen some action and has some wear and tear, but still a cool piece if you're into the 12 inch figures. No box or other gear included, just what you see here. Great for a custom project or just to fill out a shelf.
