Framed Portrait of a Man

Got this framed portrait of an older man in a work shirt. It's got a bit of a unique style to it, almost looks like a sketch or a stylized painting. The frame is a dark wood and it's double matted with blue and orange. Not sure who the artist is or who the guy in the picture is, but it's a cool piece if you're into vintage art or just want something different for your wall. Frame has a few scuffs but nothing major.
