Forever 21 Red Cropped Bell Sleeve Top

Got this cute red cropped top from Forever 21. It has those flowy bell sleeves and a bit of a ruffled look at the bottom. Really nice vibrant red color that pops. It's been worn a few times but still has plenty of life left in it. Perfect for a night out or just pairing with some high waisted jeans. tag says small but fits pretty true to size.
