Edward Jung Watercolor Painting 1934

Got this vintage watercolor painting by Edward Jung from 1934. It's a cool street scene, looks like Chinatown with some neat architecture and old cars. The frame is a gold wood style that shows some age, and there's a bit of water staining on the matting at the bottom, but the art itself still looks pretty good for being over 80 years old.
