Ecoroad Electric Scooter

I have a scooter that goes 30 kmh its a eco road ec6 and I have the scooter bag and the charger. The front tire is ripped and damaged as shown in the photos hence the cheap price. A tire replacement is only 20 dollars and this scooter goes for 500 brand new. you cannot ride it yet because the tire is very damaged so fix it for cheap and you can ride perfectly fine
