Daily News August 15 1945 "It's Official: Japs Give Up" Newspaper

Got an original copy of the New York Daily News from August 15, 1945. This is the famous 'IT'S OFFICIAL: JAPS GIVE UP' issue marking the end of World War II. It's definitely got some age to it and some yellowing as you'd expect for something almost 80 years old, but it's a crazy piece of history to hold in your hands. Perfect for a history buff or someone who collects vintage newspapers. It's been kept in a plastic sleeve to keep it from falling apart further.
