Counterparts Floral Print Tie-Neck Blouse new with tags L

Got this Counterparts blouse that is brand new with the tags still on it. It's a size Large and has a really nice navy blue color with bright pink and orange flowers all over. The neck has that ruffled tie detail which is super cute for the office or just going out. The sleeves have elastic at the wrists so you can push them up if you want. Never worn, just sitting in the closet so figured someone else could use it.
