Christopher & Banks Ruffle Neck Light Jacket

Got this Christopher and Banks light jacket or top thing. It has a cool ruffle neck detail and is a nice light blue color. It's pretty lightweight so good for layering or just wearing when it's a little chilly out. In good shape, just dont wear it much anymore. Let me know if you have questions.
