This Chicago Electric oscillating multi-tool has been a reliable companion for various home projects. It's a corded model, so you never have to worry about batteries dying mid-job. It currently has a sanding attachment on it, but it's great for everything from cutting trim to scraping away old adhesive. Used, but still has plenty of life left for someone else's DIY tasks.
