Bulbasaur Pokemon Card (Unlicensed/Bootleg)

Got this Bulbasaur card here. It's got some crazy high stats on it, says 3800 attack and 3500 defense which is pretty wild. It has a cool holographic pattern on it too. Not really sure what set this is from but it looks neat if you're into collecting different types of pokemon stuff. Just trying to clear out some space so let me know if you want it.
