This is a vintage 2001 third-class relic medal of Blessed Josaphata Hordashevska, the foundress of the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate. It's an "Ex Indumentis" relic, meaning it contains a small piece of cloth that touched her clothing. The front features her portrait in a gold-tone oval frame with a decorative beaded edge. On the back, you can see the relic piece under a clear protective cover. It comes attached to a small safety pin, so it's ready to be pinned to a garment or kept as a devotional item.
