Black Velvet and Chiffon Cocktail Dress

This is a really pretty black cocktail dress with a velvet top, satin waistband, and a flowy chiffon skirt with little beaded details. It's got a nice classic look and is perfect for parties or a night out. Worn a couple times but still in great shape.
