Got a brand new BEST 45H series mortise lock set here. This is the heavy duty stuff you see in schools or hospitals. It's the TD dormitory function in a satin chrome finish (626). Box is a bit dusty from storage but the hardware inside is fresh. Perfect if you're looking for a high-end commercial lock without paying full retail price. Handing is RHRB.
