Bandai Pokemon Chara Dash! Collection Blastoise

Got this vintage Blastoise Chara Dash! figure still in the original packaging. These are pretty cool because they have a metal ball on the bottom so you can race them. It's a Japanese toy from the late 90s, definitely a neat piece for a pokemon collector. Packaging has a little wear from age but it's never been opened. 380 yen sticker still on there too.
