AzureWave AW-NE186H Wireless LAN Bluetooth Card

Got this AzureWave wireless card pulled from a laptop. It's a combo card so it handles both your wifi and bluetooth. It's the half-height mini pcie size so make sure it fits your slot before grabbing it. Worked fine when it was in the machine, just dont need it anymore. Good cheap fix if your internal card died or you're doing a budget build.
