Atlas of Human Anatomy by Frank H. Netter, MD (5th Edition)

If you're a medical student or just interested in how the body works, this is pretty much the gold standard. It's the 5th edition of Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy, known for those incredibly detailed, hand-painted illustrations that make learning the structures so much easier. This copy has some light wear on the cover, but it's still a solid reference for any desk or bookshelf. It's a classic for a reason and still super useful for studying.
