Antique Sterling Silver Chatelaine Pill Box with Finger Ring

Found this cool little vintage sterling silver pill box. It's got a nice floral design on the top and comes with a finger ring and chain, so it was probably part of a chatelaine set back in the day. It has some natural patina from age which gives it a great look, but you could probably polish it up if you prefer the shiny look. Perfect for keeping small items or just as a display piece. Lid fits snug.
