Ann Taylor Sleeveless Ruffle Neck Blouse

Selling this white sleeveless top from Ann Taylor. It has a nice ruffled high neck detail that makes it look a bit more dressed up than a basic tank. The fabric is soft and has a bit of stretch to it, super comfortable for work or just wearing out. It's in good shape, just dont reach for it much anymore. Great staple piece for layering under a blazer or just wearing on its own.
