Ab Rocket Abdominal Trainer

This is an original Ab Rocket abdominal trainer in blue. It's designed to support your head and neck while you work your core, and those foam rollers on the backrest actually give you a bit of a massage while you're using it. The frame is solid steel and it has the side handles for stability. Used, but it's still in good shape and works exactly like it should. Great if you want to do crunches without the usual neck strain.
