2006 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp

Got this 2006-2007 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp. It's a $9 stamp featuring some mergansers flying over a lighthouse. This one is a plate number block (No. 3424) and looks to be in pretty great shape, still has the selvage attached. Cool little piece for a collector or if you just like local delaware history. It's technically expired since it was void after June 2007, but it's a nice looking stamp for sure.
