2004-2005 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp $9

Got this 2004-2005 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp. It's the $9 version featuring some ducks and a lighthouse, still has the plate number 0873 on the bottom margin. Pretty cool piece for anyone who collects state duck stamps or just likes delaware history. It's in good shape, never used obviously since it's expired now.
