2003-2004 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp Ring-necked Ducks mint

Got this 2003-2004 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp. It's the $9 version featuring a pair of Ring-necked Ducks. This one is still attached to the original selvage with the plate number 1357. It's in pretty good shape, never used or hinged as far as I can tell. Cool little piece of Delaware hunting history if you're into stamp collecting or waterfowl stuff. Void after June 30 2004 so obviously just for collecting now
