Got this 2003-2004 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp here. It's the $9 one featuring the Ring-necked Ducks. This is a plate number single, number 34230, still attached to the original backing paper. It says void after June 30 2004 so obviously it's for collecting now rather than hunting. Pretty cool piece for anyone into duck stamps or delaware wildlife stuff. Condition is mint
