2002-2003 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp No. 2782 mint

Got this 2002-2003 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp featuring some ruddy ducks. It's still attached to the original backing paper with the serial number 2782 on it. The stamp itself says it was void after June 30, 2003, so it's definitely a collectors item now. Pretty cool piece of local wildlife history if you're into philately or hunting memorabilia. Condition looks decent from what I can see, just been sitting around.
