2001 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp Long-tailed Duck

Got this 2001 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp featuring a Long-tailed Duck. It's a plate number single (No. 1353) and still has the selvage attached which is pretty cool for collectors. It says void after June 30 2002 on the side. Not a stamp expert but it looks to be in decent shape, just been sitting around. Good little piece of Delaware hunting history if you're into bird stamps or waterfowl stuff.
