1999 Delaware Duck Stamp

Got this 1999-2000 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp featuring a couple of swans. It's still attached to the original backing with the serial number 3419 on the bottom tab. Pretty cool piece for anyone into duck stamps or local Delaware history. It says void after June 30 2000 so obviously just for collecting now. Condition looks really clean and crisp.
