1998-1999 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp

Got this 1998-1999 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp. It's a $6 face value stamp featuring a pair of Blue-winged Teal. This one is a plate number single (No. 1842) and still has the original backing paper attached. It's in pretty clean shape, no visible creases or anything. Good little piece for a duck stamp collector or someone into Delaware wildlife history.
