1996-1997 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp $6 Gadwall

Got this 1996-1997 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp, also known as a duck stamp. It's the $6 version featuring a pair of Gadwalls. This one is still attached to the original plate block snippet with the serial number 1162 on it. It's in pretty clean shape, looks like it was never used or hinged. Cool little piece of Delaware hunting history if you're into stamp collecting or waterfowl stuff.
