1995 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp with Plate Number Tab

Got this 1995-1996 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp. It's the one with the ducks on it, specifically the Greater Scaup. This one has the plate number 0884 attached to the bottom which is pretty cool for collectors. It says void after June 30 1996 so obviously you cant use it for hunting anymore but its a nice little piece of history if you're into stamp collecting or waterfowl stuff. Condition looks decent, just been sitting around.
