1993 Georgia Waterfowl Conservation Stamp Butler Island Old Rice Mill signed

Got this 1993 Georgia Waterfowl Conservation Stamp featuring the Butler Island Old Rice Mill. It's got a signature across the front and some serial numbers on the side. Pretty cool piece for anyone into duck stamps or Georgia history. It's been around a while so it's not mint but still looks decent for a collector.
