1993 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp $5 Hooded Merganser

Got this 1993 Delaware Migratory Waterfowl Stamp here. It's the $5 face value one featuring the Hooded Merganser. This is a plate number block (No. 1830) and it's still attached to the original selvage. It says void after June 30, 1994 on the side. Pretty cool piece for a collector or if you just like duck stamps. Condition looks good, never used for hunting or anything like that.
